Indeemo Pricing Overview

I really the UI of the site, the quality of the customer service we've gotten from the team, the notification system, and the ease of data export. It's always easy to find what I'm looking for on the site and I can chose my layout to present everything my panelists have uploaded in a way that makes sense. So far the app has seemed very easy for my panelists to use and it has many of the features we would hope for! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From what I've heard, Indeemo is expensive compared to our other options. One of our other apps also allows us to track the time-of-wear in a more verifiable way, so when the need arises for that kind of detail we have to use that application. I would love it if Indeemo was the only app we ever had to use, and we could obsolete the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Indeemo is easy to use, not just for moderators but for participants too. It looks good and is intuitive making the whole project cycle run smoothly. As moderators, we value the autonomy of setting up and facilitating a project, but the Indeemo account and support teams are on hand if needed. The analysis tools and features are really helpful too making reporting on a lot of data much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We would benefit from a longer lead time on how long you have access to the project once it's completed and a better export experience. At the moment we can only export an Excel file of raw responses but would be great to have a better way to export media too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
