Indeemo was incredibly easy to use and allowed for an easy experience for our project participants too. We received a thorough demo session before first using this software which left us with great confidence that it was suitable for the piece of work, and then received regular check ins to ensure it was all working fine. Indeemo is very user-friendly, especially when it comes to setting up projects. The account and support team are also great and genuinely helpful whenever I need them. The dashboard layout and tools make it much simpler to analyze large amounts of information without feeling overwhelmed.
