**What do you like best about Incapsulate?**

Incapsulate was easy to reach and quick to respond. They were flexible with the timeline we had set when we needed to make changes. The goals we set were met within a timely matter. The Salesforce experts from the team were knowledgeable and had solutions throughout the build-out.

**What do you dislike about Incapsulate?**

Initially, there was a disconnect on what we were trying accomplish, but it was corrected quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Incapsulate:**

If you are looking to have some work done and are looking for a company that is enagaged, quick to respond and timely, then Incapsulate may be the right company for you.

**What problems is Incapsulate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrated Zoom Call Center with Salesforce to enable real-time phone support, routing inquiries to Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents. Enabled seamless support for Web, Email, Phone and VoiceMail to case to ensure all channels are supported. Set up support queues to ensure cases are automatically routed to the right team at the right time.
