**What do you like best about In Touch EMR?**

I love the ease of navigating schedules for specific Providers. Most commonly we run into scheduling errors in any kind of practice due to the error of placing clients where they don’t belong. insight EmR is handy in showing only a. Selected Provider or time slot available 

**What do you dislike about In Touch EMR?**

Insight EMR does not have the capability to have client information open and still be active elsewhere. This becomes very bothersome when collecting or gathering information of clients or reports to be used elsewhere.

**What problems is In Touch EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have seen benefits in using InTouch EMR, and one of them includes the ability to keep client retention and a manageable defect. When clients don’t have future contact with us. insight will change several colors to spark attention
