Managing and personalizing WhatsApp channels for companies.

**What do you dislike about imBee?**

It still needs improvement in its IA features, as well as faster implementation of new features.

**What problems is imBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing whatsapp business account both for commercial channels (call center, etc.) and Customer Care channels
