What do you dislike about IMAI - Influencer Marketing AI?

We were chargedf $500 on 01/20/25. Our company decided to cancel as we only needed it for one month, that way we wouldnt get charged for the next month. As soon as I canceled on 01/21/25 it said we'd hyave access until 02/20/25. I go to use the platform & then it says i need to buy a subscriptin. I spoke to the ai agent that said "if you cancel you no longer have access, you will have to purchase again." even though on the cancellation screen it stated other wise. I asked to speak to a person, & it said i would recieve a message within 30 min. Now they said they're offline & will be back tomorrow. Their customer support isnt good, & now we no longer have access to a platform we paid $500 for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IMAI - Influencer Marketing AI?

IMAI allows me to efficiently source influencers for new campaigns when needed, as well as search through profiles to identify market trends. IMAI is a tool that I trialed for a while, and as soon as the trial was up, I knew I could no longer operate without it. It's got a few great features that other competitors don't have like the audience search categories that really make it super easy to find the right influencer for each client!
