**What do you like best about iGUIDE?**

It's very detail oriented and covers all aspects in terms on architecture, modeling and virtual tours. Very useful for customers.

**What do you dislike about iGUIDE?**

For newcomers, the learning curve could be hard with the Software.

**What problems is iGUIDE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iGuide solves variety of issues right from focusiing on floors plans, 3D virtual tours. iGuide is very user friendly and the customer service is great.

**What do you like best about iGUIDE?**

For operators, the technology is excellent.  After a short learning curve, it's both fast and simple to provide clients with 360° virtual tours, lidar-accurate measurements, floor plans, weekly analytics reports, and more.  

End users also love the end results because it's simple, thorough, and effective.

And just as importantly, the staff at Planitar have shown themselves to be customer-centric in a way that I wish every tech company was.

**What do you dislike about iGUIDE?**

Several aspects of the UI and UX look stale.  Both could use a revamp.

**What problems is iGUIDE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system has allowed me to provide my clients with a fast, efficient, reliable way to market their properties.  In turn, this makes my clients look good to their clients.

The benefit is ongoing, repeat business in an industry where that can be difficult, so highly valued.

**What do you like best about iGUIDE?**

The reliability of the services offered. Large offering for clients and love the ability to view floorplans. iGuide has grown their team to allow for a quicker turnaround which is valuable.

**What do you dislike about iGUIDE?**

The support is sometimes lacking in response and ownership of errors.

**What problems is iGUIDE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes the drafters do not follow direction with room names and/or add new rooms when not requested. The benefits outweigh the cons
