The financial section in the software is the best thing here.
Document Control is fantastic

they need to work on the efficiency of the software

As for Financials, it is conducive I don't have to keep switching from your software to another, everything is in one place, organized
The one dashboard for everything has helped us to track and review what's going on
Collaborating with field has also helped us
