**What do you like best about IEHUB?**

I've been using the product for a few months and it has been a wonderful experience. Initial setup takes a lot of thinking on how to structure your database but past that, everything is a breeze. The in-built standard description generator is a godsend. Generating materials, revising engineering details & processing documents within the product is a walk in the park. I've been using the product for almost 20% of my total working time. This tool has not only saved time but also enabled me to avoid duplicates. Whenever I had a question, the support team was quick & responsive. They also incorporate suggestions that will improve their product.

**What do you dislike about IEHUB?**

In the time I've used the product, there hasn't been any integration to other engineering or CAD tools. However, I've been informed that those are in the works. Apart from some UI kinks I've noticed, which I pointed out to the support team, the tool has been great.

**What problems is IEHUB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IEHUB generates materials with standard descriptions aligning with ISO 8000 standards. This also helps us to easily sort through our material master & make sure that there are no duplicates with the help of its unique part number generation system. Varying descriptions created by multiple users for the same part is a thing of the past.
