# What are the best ServiceNow Store Apps for extending platform capabilities without custom coding without excessive complexity?

I've been researching which ServiceNow Store Apps genuinely extend the platform's capabilities without requiring custom coding or dragging in the kind of complexity that turns a quick win into a six-month project. A lot of apps promise "no-code" but still require a developer to configure.

Three that came up most for actually keeping the no-code promise: WalkMe, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, and 3CLogic Cloud Call Center.

WalkMe: Gives AI agents real-time context and cross-application reach without requiring teams to rebuild workflows from scratch, positioned specifically as a layer that sits on top of what's already there.

ManageEngine Endpoint Central: A Forrester-commissioned study found a 442% ROI over three years, largely from tool consolidation and automation rather than added complexity.

3CLogic Cloud Call Center: Purpose-built to enhance ServiceNow specifically, not retrofitted from a generic contact center product, which usually means fewer configuration surprises.

TeamViewer: Installed on more than 2.5 billion devices, its enterprise tier connects into ServiceNow without needing a parallel remote-access stack.

Recorded Future: Feeds real-time threat intelligence directly into existing workflows, eliminating the need for a separate analyst console and keeping the integration lightweight.

For anyone who's installed one of these from the Store directly: how much configuration did it actually take before it was doing real work, versus what the listing implied?

<p>Initial setup time is one thing, but what happens six months later when ServiceNow pushes a platform update? Has anyone had one of these Store apps break or need reconfiguring after an upgrade, or is that risk mostly invisible until you've been running it a while?</p>
