The in-built standard description generator is a godsend. Generating materials, revising engineering details & processing documents within the product is a walk in the park. I've been using the product for almost 20% of my total working time. This tool has not only saved time but also enabled me to avoid duplicates. Whenever I had a question, the support team was quick & responsive. They also incorporate suggestions that will improve their product.
