The secure sign works extremely well. I also recently found the help files on their website, and the instructions are extremely clear and helpful. **What do you dislike about IdenTrust Trust Sign?** We had a hard time at first installing certificates. **Recommendations to others considering IdenTrust Trust Sign:** Be sure to fill out the initial application forms with the EXACT information that is on your business registration. **What problems is IdenTrust Trust Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using it to verify signatures for access to DoD systems. I haven't used the encrypted email option yet, but am planning on using that, too. ### 2. Other than that not much to say **What do you dislike about IdenTrust Trust Sign?** The ActivID USB registration process is without question the worst. It took me over an hour, and is too complicated. It may be necessary, but it looks crowded and almost even messy. **Recommendations to others considering IdenTrust Trust Sign:** It's really useful and I have no complaints, but I also don't know if there are other better solutions available. **What problems is IdenTrust Trust Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having IdenTrust Trust Sign is more a side benefit of getting a PKI Certificate from them.
