What problems is IdenTrust Trust Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Nightmare registration process"

What do you dislike about IdenTrust Trust Sign?

The ActivID USB registration process is without question the worst. It took me over an hour, and is too complicated. I also use competing products in my work: Exostar registration was easy, but the best product by far is Google Authenticator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IdenTrust Trust Sign?

It is nice being able to automatically sign electronic PDFs without having to print, sign and scan them before I send them back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IdenTrust Trust Sign?

The only thing I dislike is that when I sign something electronically, it shows a bunch of extra information aside from just my name. It may be necessary, but it looks crowded and almost even messy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having IdenTrust Trust Sign is more a side benefit of getting a PKI Certificate from them. While it wasn't specifically purchased to provide a benefit, it does save some time which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
