  ### 1. I don't know why any oprganisation would use this software

**What do you like best about ichris?**

Very little. Perhaps that it is so out-of-date that it's easy to support from an IT perspective, and even the oldest HR professionals will be familiar with the limitations of the system.

**What do you dislike about ichris?**

Just about everything. I've joined an organisation that uses this software and I can't wait to get out of it. In today's market I can;t understand how this still exists. I cannot see how this vendor will remain once existing contracts expire.

**What problems is ichris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves almost nothing. We run payroll, however we have a VERY simple payroll so that's not saying much. Almost everything else is done outside of the system. We've migrated most of core HR data into ServiceNow HRSD, and almost all HR services are still run using spreadsheets. I can't wait to get out of this system!
