Many routine chores such as subject access requests and data deletion are performed by the platform, which saves the time of my team. **What do you dislike about ICaaS?** As for the data findings, I believe they to be quite restrained. The platform does not provide detailed data insights of our customers, which could be useful in spotting trends. **What problems is ICaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find that with many processes being manual it streamlines them and helps us adhere to the necessary regulations from an ICaaS standpoint. This means that I am relieved from other tasks and can focus on, for instance, analyzing ways of using customer data for marketing and product development. ### 2. The lack of flexibility in modifying the consent form and corresponding workflows to these special conditions adds more burden to my team. **What problems is ICaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** ICaaS has introduced much needed structure and efficiency to this very important process.
