"Seamless Security with Strong Authentication"
What do you like best about IBM Verify CIAM?

I like that IBM Verify CIAM offers strong authentication like MFA and adaptive access, ensuring security while still providing a smooth login experience for our customers. The MFA adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second verification step, which reduces account takeovers, and I appreciate that the adaptive access feature checks the context like location, device, and IP address, allowing for a seamless login if everything seems normal. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and well guided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Verify CIAM?

The admin dashboard sometimes feels a bit heavy and not very intuitive. Settings are spread across multiple sections. Sometimes I have to click through several layers to find one configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Security with a Steep Setup Curve"
What do you like best about IBM Verify CIAM?

I use IBM Verify CIAM to manage customer accounts, handle identity verification, and ensure secure logins for all users across our apps and platforms. I like that it combines strong security features with easy login options like single sign-on and multi-factor authentication. With these features, users can log in easily without frustration, and at the same time, I can ensure that their accounts and data are fully protected. The reduction of support tickets since users experience fewer login problems is a plus too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Verify CIAM?

It's just the initial setup and its complexity. A more visual dashboard would make it easier to set up and manage. Creating a step by step tutorial feature within can also be of great help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Security and Compliance for Sensitive Data"
What do you like best about IBM Verify CIAM?

The rigor of security is absolute. The platform manages the complicated consent management and privacy rules across the world to make sure that the customer information is treated in the most compliant way. This is the only feature that is important to the company that deals with sensitive credit or personal data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Verify CIAM?

The administration console is trapped in history. Setting up the policies is frequently accompanied by the canalization of the sluggish and counterintuitive interface that is not as fluid as modern competitors are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Secure, and Flexible CIAM Solution with Outstanding Authentication Features"
What do you like best about IBM Verify CIAM?

IBM Verify CIAM offers a modern interface that greatly simplifies identity management once you become accustomed to the platform. Its security features are outstanding, particularly the multi-factor authentication, adaptive authentication, and risk-based scoring, which allow us to maintain strong security measures without creating unnecessary obstacles for end users. The authentication flows are very flexible, and the policy-based system provides us with detailed control over user verification processes. I also value the developer-friendly APIs and the clear documentation, as they make it much easier to integrate the platform with various applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Verify CIAM?

The biggest challenge is the initial setup. For first-time users, the configuration process can feel complex and requires some technical understanding. Policy creation, although powerful, comes with a noticeable learning curve. Additionally, the pricing is on the higher side compared to some newer CIAM providers, so it may not be ideal for small teams with limited budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Client Verification, Needs UI Enhancements"
What do you like best about IBM Verify CIAM?

I find the streamlined process with IBM Verify CIAM incredibly useful for my workflow and my role, as well as for the company. The tool helps make things faster, especially the verification process, which is really efficient. It allows every employee on the sales front to store information in the same place, and makes post-analysis easy if you want to use data for analytics. The connector information feature is also really helpful and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Verify CIAM?

I think the user interface should be improved, even though I know the feedback is being taken for UX design. There's also the aspect of pricing, and I feel more features should be prominent for different use cases. Right now, it covers about 90% of what users need, but there are niche use cases where it could be improved in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
