What I like the least is that some configurations and customizations still require a lot of technical knowledge, especially when we are dealing with TurboIntegrator or more complex rules. IBM Planning Analytics has been very helpful in eliminating problems such as lack of integration between information, slowness in analyses, and excessive manual controls spread across spreadsheets. Previously, each area used its own files, which ended up generating duplicated work, data inconsistencies, and difficulty in having a consolidated and reliable view. With TM1, I can unify everything in a single environment, with data always updated and accessible in real-time.
