They are a multi tasking team , they take care of everything server to destokp and anything in between.
Can recomend best practice for your ERP and what hardware can aplly to your needs

For SAP S4hana implementation we started work with IBM IT services in collaboration to go live.

**What do you like best about IBM IT Services?**

IBM IT services provide the best and the most competent way to solve the issues.
time taken to complete the tast is less compared to any others.
Its the best available in market if we need to close the project on time with quality.

**What do you dislike about IBM IT Services?**

Dislike isnt much, we need to handle the product and customer well to take it smooth.
IBM comes up with better enhancements eveyt time. 
its good to go with present availability as it wont obstruct any flow in work.

Its highly recommended to go wwith IBM IT services.

**What problems is IBM IT Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We worked on GO-live support for the implementation of Hana with IBM IT support.
Yes, it is helpfull in being more productive.
Business performance has increased a lot.

**Describe the project or task IBM IT Services helped with:**

IBM was our provider of maintenance and licensing services for the company's hardware where I provided consulting services, they were responsible for warranties and repairs from servers to laptops that were in the company. From on-site evaluation to the installation of parts, they followed the process very rigorously.

**What do you like best about IBM IT Services?**

How easy it was to solve technical problems, with highly qualified personnel and the response times once the diagnosis was made were practically immediate.

**What do you dislike about IBM IT Services?**

What I don't agree with is the way to open a ticket or eventuality, it has too much protocol for something that should be quick and without so many setbacks, you have to wait at least 1 hour on the phone to finally talk to the technician via phone, and from there the process begins.
