It helps to automate provisioning of user's privileges with minimal effort and also allows organization to take required action when a user is not part of organization or review existing user's access periodically. Certain useful feature like Seggregation of Duties allow a end user and system admin to to easily process a request. dedicated Customer support ensure to resolve day to day issues. Since organization users access different portals everyday as part of their day to day activity it is mandatory to monitor them all time.
