What I like best about iFax is how simple and reliable it is. I needed to fax some financial information as the website I needed to utilize was having some difficulties with the online software accepting my data. Per the financial organization I could try again online, complete the forms and mail or fax. As it is a 10 page document, and took a half hour to complete, I did not want to risk entering everything again and not being accepted on the website. So I printed and faxed, they do not accept e-mailed info due to nature of confidential documents. Using IFax was the perfect solution. I received cofrimation in an e-mail when the fax was sent, which was easy for me to advise the organization when I sent it and to what fax number. I found Ifax provided me with the ease of having a history of my useage as well as retaining my faxed documents. I found it to be a better way to fax then an ordinary fax machine. There are a few things I’d like to see improved:

Subscription costs can feel high for light or occasional users.

Trial and billing terms could be more transparent to avoid confusion.

wowwww who would of had thought i needed a a digital fax machine? this came so timely and it works too. I will be using this more often i even subscribed to the subscription for free week trial and it was perfect. Thank you Ifax you saved me from taking a trip to office!!! Simple, fast delivery, and receipt provided! I only used the fax feature. I am going to stick with iFax. Pretty impressed. I dislike having to pay $9.99 per month. I believe it could be a better service and opportunity for customers if they are charged per pages fax or per faxes used.i only used it once, so it seems a bit much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
