**What do you like best about i800?**

I like that in one solution they cover 3 parts of the business cutomer service being the most important to me. I like they easy accesible and fast to reply.

**What do you dislike about i800?**

As much as the company started in 2017 is still relatively small so ajusting it to work with new set up's takes time.

**What problems is i800 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We deal with a lot of contacts i800 helps optimise that and reduce cost of the Custmer Contact center. We recently moved our enviroment to clod based solution and i800 is alreay there so establishing a connection was simple. It has great reporting options that helps the CC team.
