I am liking about Hyper is how smoothly it is handling corporate travel booking along with expense tracking. The automation is linking each trip with its related expenses in the backend itself so we are not wasting time on manual reconciliation, and the data accuracy is much better now. It is also keeping our records audit ready which is a big plus for finance.

issue we are facing is with the per diem rates, sometimes when corporate travel policies are changing in the middle of the year we are needing to update the rates manually which is a bit of extra administrative work.

Hyper is giving us a single source of truth for all travel and expense data, and because of that we are having real time visibility on spending and policy adherence. This is improving compliance monitoring and reducing policy breaches in a big way, also the month end closing is happening faster and more accurate now which is directly improving workflow efficiency for finance.

i find the delegate access feature extremely valuable. I often have my assistant handle expense submissions on my behalf, and Hyper makes this seamless. what i liked is how accurate the AI powered expense categorization is. Hardly ever I am needing to reassign GL codes manually, and that itself is saving lot of time. I also feel confident the financial data is handled in a compliant and dependable way, so we are not worrying about errors or exposure.

issue we are facing is during peak time when we are syncing large expense batches, the process is taking longer than expected. Because of that the visibility gets delayed slightly

The object storage is both reliable and affordable, and it is fully compatible with S3. We needed a straightforward off-site backup solution, so we used our existing backup software and simply directed it to Hyper. Everything works perfectly, and the plan remains cost-effective.

They charge a fee for uploading data, which to me feels as unreasonable as a bank charging money just to make a deposit.

The high-bandwidth instance and integrated CDN were a great fit for our needs. We use Hyper for live streaming, and the quality has been consistently smooth and high for our viewers. Customer support has also been good and helpful.

I truely like the transparency when I submit an expense I can track it step by step until it is reimbursed.
