**What do you like best about Hyper?**

Hyper has completely transformed the way our sales team works. I use it daily to track pipeline performance and monitor real-time revenue forecasts, which helps me make quicker decisions. The dashboards are highly customizable, so I’ve created views for lead conversion rates, deal progress, and monthly quotas.

**What do you dislike about Hyper?**

The learning curve for new team members can be steep initially. While the interface is powerful, it takes some time for everyone to get used to building dashboards and interpreting complex datasets.

**What problems is Hyper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Hyper, our sales data was scattered across multiple spreadsheets and CRM reports, which made pipeline tracking slow and error-prone. **What do you like best about Hyper?**

I am liking about Hyper is how smoothly it is handling corporate travel booking along with expense tracking. The automation is linking each trip with its related expenses in the backend itself so we are not wasting time on manual reconciliation, and the data accuracy is much better now. It is also keeping our records audit ready which is a big plus for finance.

**What do you dislike about Hyper?**

issue we are facing is with the per diem rates, sometimes when corporate travel policies are changing in the middle of the year we are needing to update the rates manually which is a bit of extra administrative work.

**What problems is Hyper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyper is giving us a single source of truth for all travel and expense data, and because of that we are having real time visibility on spending and policy adherence. This is improving compliance monitoring and reducing policy breaches in a big way, also the month end closing is happening faster and more accurate now which is directly improving workflow efficiency for finance.

**What do you like best about Hyper?**

I love how Hyper makes it easy to log and track expenses from client meetings, travel, and events. The AI instantly enforces policy, so I don’t have to worry about getting reimbursed late or flagged for something small. The integration with our accounting system also means I can focus more on building relationships instead of dealing with receipts.

Sometimes the mobile app takes a few extra seconds to process images of receipts, especially if I’m on the go.

**What do you like best about Hyper?**

The strongest feature in my view is the corporate card reconciliation. Transactions flow into Hyper automatically, and employees only need to attach the corresponding receipt. This simple process has removed the manual burden of matching statements line by line and given us a much cleaner, faster reconciliation cycle.

**What do you dislike about Hyper?**

One improvement I would like to see is a more prominent option to flag suspected duplicate transactions before approval. This would add another layer of control and reduce the need for post-review corrections.

**What problems is Hyper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our monthly corporate card close, which earlier stretched across two full days, is now completed in a fraction of the time. With Hyper we have reduced that effort by more than 90 percent, which allows my team to focus on analyzing spending trends and providing insights instead of chasing receipts.

i find the delegate access feature extremely valuable. I often have my assistant handle expense submissions on my behalf, and Hyper makes this seamless. Reports can be filed under my account without sharing logins or passing around receipts, which keeps things secure and efficient. For a busy firm, this flexibility is a real advantage.

**What do you dislike about Hyper?**

When multiple reports are in progress, it would help to have a “pin” option to keep priority reports visible at the top. At present I have to scroll through the list

Hyper has streamlined an area that used to take far too much time. Instead of manually compiling reports and double checking every reimbursement the process is now handled quickly and without errors

I wish the reporting dashboard had more customization options for affiliate-specific metrics. Also, while the system is intuitive, the initial setup can be a bit overwhelming.

**What do you like best about Hyper?**

what i liked is how accurate the AI powered expense categorization is. Hardly ever I am needing to reassign GL codes manually, and that itself is saving lot of time. I also feel confident the financial data is handled in a compliant and dependable way, so we are not worrying about errors or exposure.

**What do you dislike about Hyper?**

issue we are facing is during peak time when we are syncing large expense batches, the process is taking longer than expected. Because of that the visibility gets delayed slightly

**What problems is Hyper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyper is making reconciliation very smooth and manual coding errors are almost zero now. This is improving operational efficiency and also keeping the data integrity strong which is important for us
