Hund allows us to run separate pages for different audiences and products while reusing the same underlying components, which eases the process of creating cross-product notices. The precise labeling of ongoing events and statuses makes communications clearer for end-users, and there's far less busywork compared to competitors. The component reuse is a standout feature, enabling surfacing across product and audience pages. Hund's built-in monitoring is exceptional, detecting issues sooner and more reliably than others, with nice configuration options to reduce "flapping" alerts. Their support is very responsive, technically competent, and always a pleasure to work with. **What do you dislike about Hund?** It would be nice if they supported custom notification templates, but this isn't critical to us. Built-in analytics would be nice to have. Regarding analytics, it would be nice to see traffic to status pages, as well as notification delivery metrics/logs. **What problems is Hund solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Hund to manage both external and internal status pages, easing cross-product notices with component reuse and precise labeling, reducing busywork.
