We use Hund.io for external and internal-facing status pages and for incident communications. Hund allows us to run separate pages for different audiences and products while reusing the same underlying components, which eases the process of creating cross-product notices. The precise labeling of ongoing events and statuses makes communications clearer for end-users, and there's far less busywork compared to competitors. The component reuse is a standout feature, enabling surfacing across product and audience pages. Hund's built-in monitoring is exceptional, detecting issues sooner and more reliably than others, with nice configuration options to reduce "flapping" alerts. It would be nice if they supported custom notification templates, but this isn't critical to us. Built-in analytics would be nice to have. Regarding analytics, it would be nice to see traffic to status pages, as well as notification delivery metrics/logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
