Additionally, the digital applicant file and the team feedback loop are excellent, they allow recruters and hiring managers to collaborate seamlessly by leaving internal notes and ratings in one centalized place. I also value the clean, intuitive dashboard. Finally, the hight level of GDPR security and data protection gives us total peace of mind that our candidate data is being handled professionally and legally. Its easy to use after the onboarding. You are also able to contact with customer support, which responds quickly. UI and Customization, sometimes new users find that customizing basic features can be tricky and the interface is not always as user-friendly as it could be, with creates some blockers in integration and implementation in company.
