It is quite easy to use, those who are not so great with spreadsheets or numbers can use this or sometimes even modify it accordingly. so overall a great product

Nothing much but the user experience can be a bit better

**What problems is HRSoft Pay for Performance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used this software in order to track the performance of our sales team working remotely.
