What do you like best about hrPad?

It's very easy to use. We just look at the tablet and it recognizes us and helps us with various HR tasks. We can request for PTOs, clock in or out, view timecards, and more. There's even a voice assistant that can answer most of our HR queries and I'm shocked to see how quick and accurate responses it can provide! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about hrPad?

Doesn't seem to work in low-light scenarios, an extra light might be needed if it's an inexpensive tablet. Also, the interface could be a bit faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is hrPad solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, we had to stand in long queues in front of the HR helpdesk with our queries. It was quite time-consuming and hectic for everyone involved. However, after the hrPad solution was put out, all we had to go was to the assigned tablets at the kiosks and the solution could solve most of our HR queries quite easily. We even don't need to go to the HR anymore as we can do most of our HR tasks such as requesting PTOs from the tablets themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
