## About HRMZY
HRMZY is an all-in-one HR and work management platform that brings HR, projects, finance and CRM into a single system, so a growing company can run its whole operation from one login instead of paying for and stitching together separate tools. On the HR side, HRMZY covers the full employee lifecycle. You can manage employee records and documents, run payroll, track attendance with shifts and clock-in rules, handle leave requests and approvals against configurable policies, run recruitment through an applicant tracking system, and manage performance reviews, goals and appraisals. Employees get a self-service portal where they can view payslips, request leave, update their own details and see company announcements, which removes a large share of routine HR admin. Beyond HR, the same workspace includes project and task management with Kanban boards, Gantt charts, time tracking and timesheets; invoicing, estimates, expenses and payments; a CRM with leads, deals and pipelines; and support ticketing. Because these share one database and one set of users, a person's time, cost, leave and project work all line up without exports or integrations. HRMZY is multi-company by design. Every organisation's data is isolated at the database level, and role-based permissions control exactly what each user can see and do, with separate roles for administrators, managers, employees and clients. The platform includes an AI layer: an assistant for everyday questions, automated HR insights and digests, and AI-assisted features for knowledge handover, workload balancing and retention analysis. HRMZY is cloud-hosted, requires no installation, and is available in 28 languages. It suits small and mid-sized companies that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want the cost or complexity of enterprise HR suites, and organisations that would rather consolidate HR, project delivery and finance into one system than maintain several. Pricing starts at $25 per month for up to 20 employees on the Standard plan, which includes a 14-day free trial. The Premium plan is $80 per month for up to 200 employees, and a one-time lifetime licence is available at $1,600. Annual billing is offered on the monthly plans.
