I have nothing negative to say. Again they kept our implementation so streamlined and efficient for us. I have been through several implementations, and this one was excellent with some challenges as expected but they were addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HRMS Solutions, Inc.?

Nothing negative to report. Everything worked very well. We loved our consultant. Travis was super excellent. We could not ask for more. SOme improvements were needed and they were addressed along the way but this is expected during implementations but love the fact that it was addressed in a positive manner. We had an urgent need for managed payroll services while being short staffed during a busy time of year. The HRMS expertise and skills allowed our team to focus on international payroll while feeling confident that our U.S. payroll was being processed accurately and timely. They even assisted in training our staff as well as accomodating requests from our accounting department. What do you like best about HRMS Solutions, Inc.?

HRMS provided us with a blue printing session that allowed us to plan and fill in gaps needed prior to the implementation even starting with UKG. Our HRMS consultant was a great source of knowledge during the implementation and was able to dive in and understand the unique needs of our organization and how to configure the system to best support our company. I can't say I really disliked anything about working with HRMS. There are certainly areas where our consultant was less knowledgeable, specifically some reporting needs, but she was able to utilize others in her group to help us out if she got stumped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking at HRMS I would highly recommend you discuss the blue printing process, and what benefits you might receive from that.

I would also recommend that you are very honest with the sales team in what you need from the consultant so they can match you with a good fit in their organization, each team has unique personalities and finding someone who fits in well and is trusted is critical to your project. HRMS assisted us in a UKG Core / Payroll / Benefit implementation. They provided best practices and guidance regarding options for configuration. They also helped with project management and were helpful for us to feel good about where we were at in the process.
