**What do you like best about HRiS365?**

HR TEAM WHO ALWAYS WORRIED ABOUT THE ONBOARDING PROCESS OF THE NEWLY JOINER IN THE ORGANIZATION  CAN DO IT  IN VERY SIMPLE WAY BY THE USING OF THIS SOFTWARE.  OFFER LETTER ARE MANUALLY UPADTED IN THIS SOFTWARE BY PUTTING ALL THE CORRECT DETAILS . CAN EASILY PUT THE DETAILS OF THE EMPLOYESS. EFFORTLESS PROCESS.

**What do you dislike about HRiS365?**

NOTHING TO DILSIKE AS USUAL MODIFICATION IS ALWAYS BASED ON THE REQUIREMENT OF THE CLIENT .

**What problems is HRiS365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

THIS TOOL IS USED FOR THE CORE HR PROFILE , FROM ONBOARDING TO EXIT PROCESS YOU CAN TRACK ALL THE RECORD IN DIGITAL FORM , WHICH SAVES THE PAPAER WORK AND THE APPROVAL TIMING FROM THE HOD . YOU CAN EASILY MANTAIN THE ATTENDANCE  RECORD AND ALL OTHER APPROVAL  LIKE , OFFICE DUTY, OUTDOOR DUTY , TOUR , MEETINGS.

**What do you like best about HRiS365?**

HRiS365 is the best software to maintain Time & Attendance, Payroll, benefits, salary structure and Performance of all employees.
Customer Supportive software I have ever user. 
This HRiS365 is very easy to use and implement.

**What do you dislike about HRiS365?**

Some of the features and performance are not working. Otherwise good software.

**What problems is HRiS365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HRis365 helps us to maintain the Core HR. We can easily access the employees end to end details. We can easily manage the Time, Attendance, Leave, and Performance of the employees.
