For short-term rental hosts, Howskey turns your property manual and information into an intelligent WhatsApp-based concierge that answers guest questions instantly. For condo, strata, and HOA communities, it turns bylaws, rules, policies, and other community documents into an AI concierge that helps residents get answers without having to contact management. Instead of repeatedly answering questions like “How do I turn up the heat?”, “Where can I park?”, “Do you have extra toilet paper?”, or “What are the move-in rules?”, Howskey provides immediate, property- or community-specific answers based on your information. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026 **What do you like best about Howskey?** I was involved in expanding use of Howskey AI Assistant to all of our properties after successful trial. I was impressed on how easy it was to onboard a new property just using our existing property guides. The User Interface was inutuitive and Howskey's on-boarding AI extracted all the relevant information and created a ready-to use QR code. They have an out-of-the box integration with WhatsApp so our guests were ready to use the product as soon as we were setup. Overall I would say great product and great value for money. **What do you dislike about Howskey?** It would be great if Howskey also gave some feedback on the quality of our property guides. e.g. is there any other information we should include to make the guest experience even better. **What problems is Howskey solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Howskey AI Assistant to provide answers to guest questions once they have checked into our properties. As we are a small team, it was challenging to get quick answer to questions if the guests checked-in late at night.
