**What do you like best about Howskey?**

I was involved in expanding use of Howskey AI Assistant to all of our properties after successful trial. I was impressed on how easy it was to onboard a new property just using our existing property guides. The User Interface was inutuitive and Howskey's on-boarding AI extracted all the relevant information and created a ready-to use QR code. They have an out-of-the box integration with WhatsApp so our guests were ready to use the product as soon as we were setup. Overall I would say great product and great value for money.

**What do you dislike about Howskey?**

It would be great if Howskey also gave some feedback on the quality of our property guides. e.g. is there any other information we should include to make the guest experience even better.

**What problems is Howskey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Howskey AI Assistant to provide answers to guest questions once they have checked into our properties. As we are a small team, it was challenging to get quick answer to questions if the guests checked-in late at night. With Howskey guests get immediate answers for most of the questions and we are notified only if there is a problem that needs human intervention.
