**What do you like best about Hourly?**

Hourly is user friendly, time saving and easy to navigate. The ability to get a snapshot of reports for various categories is superb. We are able to pull payroll information by location, job duties, employee and so much more. It is instrumental when pulling tax forms or dollars spent on payroll for the month/quarter/year. The support team is phenomenal. They are all knowledgeable, friendly and quick to assist when needed.

**What do you dislike about Hourly?**

The only issue we have had is then we are in an area with poor cell service. We sometimes have to manually enter a time punch. Aside from that we have been thrilled with hourly.

**What problems is Hourly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hourly solves all of our time tracking, payroll and hr needs. Hourly allows our employees to track their own hours and breaks. They are able to see their paycheck info as well as their tax info directly on the app. It has been a game changer to have the app assist the employees, thus cutting out the office as the go between.

**What do you like best about Hourly?**

I like how the app is laid out well, it works for my work flow, and its easy for my employees to use. I also like how they integrate with a workman's comp insurance service, which saves us both time and money. Cannot recommend hourly enough & we have referred them to several companies.

Customer service is very responsive & they strive to get bugs fixed in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Hourly?**

It sometimes does not update in real time requiring a refresh of the app or web portal. They also do not currently handle prevailing wage payroll processing, which is a needed feature for the construction industry.

Saving me time when it comes to payroll processing and workmans comp reporting.

It is user friendly, easy to navigate and affordable.

The reports take some getting used to after using QuickBooks fro so many years.

**What problems is Hourly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Worker's compensation payments: using Hourly cut down on the upfront payment for the premium on the new policy. It makes all the tax and worker's compensation payments each time payroll is ran.

Hourly has been a great payroll provider for our small business. It's easy to use and has all the features we need, like time tracking, tax calculations, and direct deposit. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend Hourly to other small businesses.

Some requested reports don't come out as expected and may download in an excel file which may look to clucttered.

I was recommended to this company by my insurance agency. I am supper appreciative of this connection. I used to work with ADP for years and hated processing payroll. It was complicated and expensive. It takes me less than 5 minutes to process 20 employees by weekly payroll. its cheaper and customer service and support is just amaizing.

There is nothing I dislike. Everything is great about the software.

Hourly allows all of my employees to tractor hours and see how much you're going to get paid on a biweekly basis. It also allows them to see how much sick hours or PTO they are accruing.

The upside of Hourly for me is I can maneuver around on it without any issues or confusion. I'm very technologically challenged so simplicity is key for me.

The ease of use of the platform, the payment methods and the user interface, in general, make Hourly excellent.
In addition to an excellent support team that is always on hand to answer any questions.

Lack of integration with electronic signature. It would be an option to add to finalize the payment circle for employees.

The processes of calculating taxes and paying employees are often confusing without an accountant. Hourly makes these processes extremely easy.

Its pretty simple and very intuitive to what an administrator needs for doing Payroll. My customer rep is very responsive and also the BEST!

Nothing - its really a good product, having used bigger companies like Paychex for payroll, this hands down is much better!

Keeping employees honest - they know they are being tracked as far as time tracking so its a non-issue.

**What do you like best about Hourly?**

Ease of integration. Price is amazing. We were looking for improved customer service with our workers compensation program. The rates provided by Hourly were significatly lower than their competitors and the customer service was far superior. Quite frankly, we would have switched just based upon the improved customer service experience.

**What do you dislike about Hourly?**

Reporting could be slightly more robust. But, overall we are extremely happy with the switch to this provider. I do not have any other complaints or criticisms.

Reduced workers compensation costs. Greatly improved workers compensation customer service. Significantly improved time tracking for our employees. Easy payroll runs.

Hourly has system of employee time tracking on an app that allows them to select the project & task they are working on. This greatly simplifies my invoicing and payroll by combining these two items.

**What do you dislike about Hourly?**

When I started using Hourly there were some issues with the integration of my workers comp insurance that cause billing problems. This was a headache at the time but has now been fixed and seems to be working properly.

I am able to much more accurately track the work that my employees are completing. This has simplified my invoicing and saved me time in managing my projects & payroll.

Customer service is best and responsive and provides immediate resolution to any question that I have. This is better than any other payroll option as it is easy to navigate and understand the function.

Hourly has been helpful on so many fronts.   
1) Time and job tracking:  I bid almost all of my jobs on a time and materials basis.   Before Hourly, tracking the hours of my employee’s was a nightmare.  Getting time cards that were filled out correctly and on time was the bane of my existence.    Now with Hourly, I am able to review each employees time card on a daily basis.  I am able to review and approve each employee on a daily basis.   I no longer have to wait until the end of the week and then sort out where they were and what they did.

**What do you dislike about Hourly?**

This is small time stuff but more granularity on some of the reporting would be helpful to me.

Don't hesitate!

Goodness where to begin
1) Hourly delivers accurate real time analysis of where my employees are and what they are doing.   This has led to my ability to control expenses better.  I can now see if a project is taking longer than expected and allow me to focus on it.
2) Easy Workers Comp audit.
3)Simple billing - I can now easy pull of costs by job and bill properly with almost no effort
4) Great customer service

Hourly’s tech support is unparalleled.  Help literally within minutes.  Their reporting is incredibly user friendly and immediately accessible.  My favorite feature this month has been the running payroll cost total— we have a new restaurant and I can login and see what our total payroll liability is at that moment for the current pay period...  it has saved us for cash flow management.

Hourly is a new company and that always comes with some glitches...  but they are quick to respond and amazing at problem solving.

We are able to all be connected via mobile phones.  We can identify and account for different hours spent for different jobs and different entities.  We know exactly what our payroll liability is day to day.  Our remote locations do not affect operations.

My first year as a business owner, I overpaid for everything, especially payroll. I got smarter and did my research and found Hourly, where I pay a fraction of what I paid before for better service and an easier process to approve my weekly payroll.

I would love for them to extend their services to cover Business taxes and Accounting.

Payroll that isn’t over complicated. It used to take me 2 hours to do weekly payroll, now I knock it out in under 5 minutes. My previous payroll provider over complicated the process and there software was especially buggy on an iPhone. You can tell they made their app to be simple, clean and easy to use on any platform.

In my opinion it is quite user-friendly, previously I had used other similar applications that would help me in managing my employees' payroll but they did everything in a rather cumbersome and somewhat tedious way, however Hourly allows me to do All in a fairly simple way and without further complication, so all the stress involved in carrying out this type of procedure I can put aside and do everything in a much more fluid way, the customer service team is quite attentive and responsive which allows me to solve any type of problem in a fairly efficient and fast way.

None, I don't have any problems while using this platform

Most of all, it has been quite useful to simplify the administrative procedures of my company since they were always a headache, but now thanks to this application I can greatly simplify all those processes.

I am pretty far from being tech savvy. But I really liked the interface of Hourly's payroll homepage as well as the app.  Everything is simple to understand for myself and also for our employees signing in and accessing their information.

**What do you dislike about Hourly?**

There is nothing I disliked with Hourly. I previously used ADP before, and there are some small things they do differently.  First few payrolls, it did take some time to feel comfortable.  But the staff was really helpful with their time.

**Recommendations to others considering Hourly:**

I was hesitant just to switch. As a business owner, I know limited info on payroll, but I dont want to spend all my time figuring out how to access info. My previous payroll was okay, but working with everyone  at Hourly from George, Ellen and Tom has been very pleasant. And I am confident in their product.

**What problems is Hourly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Direct deposit,  was something that was timely and costly with my previous payroll service.  But everything on Hourly is easy to use and affordable. I also never thought to have employees to use the app to clock in and out. Previously employees had to fill out time cards. I was apprehensive of learning the system, and having to teach employees. But its very easy to learn.

What I like best is the ability to schedule employee tasks extraordinarily fast and then schedule with push button ease.

There really isn’t anything not to like about this app. The only difficulty I had was removing employees who are no longer active from the system. They can only be toggled active/inactive but can’t be removed/deleted yet.

Time management is critical to a small business. The ability to be able to assign and reassign tasks to multiple employees is significantly improved with the Hourly app. The benefit that I have realize the most is how easy my employees can clock in and clock out and message me while on the job, awesome.

Extremely easy to set up, easy for employees to use, mobile-first design, great customer support, and just so easy we switched to weekly payroll, making another win for employees and increasing retention.

**What do you dislike about Hourly?**

A little tough to track down, download and sort through the quarterly tax filings and to easily get access to overtime for yearly worker's compensation insurance audits. Interface with government forms is a 10 for 10 but the formatting of data for the myriad worker's compensation insurance demand is more like a 5 out of 10.

Great for time tracking and payroll, they need to add a scheduling app to be a totally useful complete package for hourly wage based employment.

Hourly is great and there isn’t any downfalls. My only recommendation would be to have the ability to separate benefit deductions by category.

So many things! Its so easy to do tasks I used to dread: Payroll, new employees, workers comp, see where the profit or loss is on a job in seconds. This app is not only about logging hours but also saving an incredible amount of hours by how it does it.

Figuring out how to work offline better when guys are out of range. This feature is a little laggy still.

For someone that has never ran payroll, I was able to hop on and run payroll easily without hardly any guidance. I find that the site and app is easy to use and navigate. I like that I can also run off cycle payrolls without any restrictions for employee reimbursements.

**What do you dislike about Hourly?**

I can't really say I have any complaints. It's easy to use and I like the ease of using the app on my phone to correct employee punches and verify who's on the clock.

**What problems is Hourly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll is a necessity, not a problem. So I can't say I'm solving any problems, but I am successfully running payroll.

Hourly has never done one thing to make us doubt them, which is very rare these days. Finding a great payroll company that you can actually trust is critical. This is that company!!

N/A this is not an applicable question. There has been nothing that we don’t like.

Try it for yourself!! You won’t be disappointed.

They have taken this frustrating, but very important piece of running a business completely off or already full plate. They have our backs with all things pertaining to employment, audits and peace of mind.

I don't have to constantly calculate insurance and IRS costs.  It is automatically taken into account.  This saves significant amounts of time throughout the year.  The Hourly software simply breaks out all the details required.

Hourly provides a very user-friendly platform. It’s very easy to navigate and a fantastic tool.

**What do you dislike about Hourly?**

Nothing, really. The platform fits our needs perfectly. There’s nothing that very obviously sticks out in my mind as a negative sticking point for us.

**What problems is Hourly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a payroll platform to pay FTEs (as opposed to 1099s).  The system is very easy to use and it’s easy for us to view fairly detailed records, share them with employees, etc.

Hourly is quite simple to use ,comes with geo tracking (which most provider charge separately ) ,easy to use and setup .

I have not tried multi state payroll yet,so wll wait to see how it does.
