**What do you like best about HotSoft?**

It's clean and easy to use (find what you need)
You can easily update your own knowledge and find ways to use Hotsoft just by using "help" 

**What do you dislike about HotSoft?**

What it gains in its simplicity also means that it loses a bit in it's ability


**Recommendations to others considering HotSoft:**

Quick and easy to use both when it comes to hotel and conference reservations and facilitie management 

**What problems is HotSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use short commands
Effortless movements from reservation to folio to guest profile
Not compered to other systems that prompt you for password between every step
