When issues with the channel manager occur, I am uncertain if they actively look at it... as I have been experiencing issues since last week and I am still stuck. I am unhappy that they don't escalate things with Booking.com, since theyr are partners and you as a host needs to intervene and chase **What problems is Hostex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having multiple properties to manage and having a centralised inbox and unified calendar. ### 2. Hostex is a breeze to use, it manages my listings across booking channels in one place and instantly syncs all my reservations and guest messages, I don't have to hop from platform to platform anymore. And in addition to the website version, Hostex has a mobile app, which allows me to manage my short-term rentals anytime and anywhere. Best of all, Hostex is free to use, which saves me a fortune in expenses. **What do you dislike about Hostex?** Nothing. Hostex does not yet support integrating the door lock I use.
