Level  1  -  The  service  has  approved documentation which describes the process for managing quality and risk.   Level  2  -  The  service  can  demonstrate implementation  of  the  approved documentation. .  Level  3 -  The service  can demonstrate  that there are processes in place to monitor the overall  effectiveness  of  the  approved documentation.

**What do you dislike about HospitalGate?**

Lack of processes and management of systems and software within the  hospital environment results  in poor quality of service and makes the goal of patient safety  more  difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering HospitalGate:**

This software is a comprehensive and integrated Health Management Information System designed to manage all aspects of hospital operations hence its suitable.

**What problems is HospitalGate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 This software is fit for use or  purpose since it's data is accurate, available and consistent
