It also helps me to have an overall insight on talent pool availability, talent competencies and remunerations in multiple location. **What do you dislike about Horsefly?** The possibilities to further refine the reports which are generated appear to be rather limited. The set of reporting templates is somewhat fixed and does not allow for fine tuning to cover all the recruitment questions we may have. **What problems is Horsefly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Horsefly provides the talent acquisition teams with accurate labor market information on international levels in real-time.
