The reporting functions are poor and the ability to reclassify requests and incidents results in poor and incorrect data.

The product is a great cost effective tool, it will require some configuration to get all the benefits from it but it’s worth the effort.
Be aware of the reporting challenges and try to define what data you want and what you will need to get it, some traditionally standard data is not present in the way you might expect but it can be created if planned correctly.
