**What do you like best about Horizon EBS?**

It provides excellent dashboard management, which completely controls the business processes.

**What do you dislike about Horizon EBS?**

Its overall cost structure is too much for small-scale and medium-scale businesses, which can be optimized. It does not have a web app or mobile application, which is a negative.. Sometimes it lags while launching the application.

**What problems is Horizon EBS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep the business organized and make accessibility within the organization more manageable. It provides real-time information in the dashboard, which is very helpful in tracking.
