**What do you like best about Hoory AI?**

Hoory helps me by making customer communications easier. This AI platform quickly understands context, also it easily handles repetitive tasks. This software is been used by our pre sales team for l=an effective lead generation process.

**What do you dislike about Hoory AI?**

Minor language disrupts happens sometimes, when high usage of calls happens, integrations with 3rd party softwares should be worked on.

**What problems is Hoory AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us by automating half of our customer calls, eases of manual human intervention, It also helps us rout the calls to the concern department, with its AI smart routing.

Hoory is a really good conversational tool. Hard to point out any feature that I don't particularly appreciate, the platform is so easy to use. Even a very non-technical person can quickly learn how to use all the features.

As for me, Hoory is the best tool of its kind. Now after ChatGpt integration, it’s even better. It takes no time to build a knowledge base through generative AI. Even more, you can customly add information to the base and tailor the information you want to provide to your customers.
