The tool gives us an easy way to track where all of our leads come from as well as where they are in the sales pipeline and their journey to becoming a client. Glasshive needs to make improvements on delivering supporting documentation when they release new features. Each time a new feature has been released it is hard to find supporting documents to learn how to leverage it. Another area of improvement I have been begging for is automated list dialing. Currently, we use our phone systems click-to-dial feature but it gets tedious after a while to manually dial 50+ phone numbers. Would be great to work a list quickly and save time between dials. The thing that I dislike about honey is that when you go to use it, not every discount code or coupon will work on the products that you are trying to buy. I would improve this service by producing more coupons and codes that can be used more than once because the more people who use the service, the fewer codes that will be created. The best thing about Honey is that even if you did not know an item was on sale or that you could get it at a discount, Honey knows and will find you a deal if there is one to be found. You do not have to remember discount codes. Plus, if you don't receive a discount on your purchase, the chances are good that you will get points for redemption down the road. Honey has a points system where you can earn "gold" which when you reach the full amount can be redeemed for online gift cards, but it is slow to build up the Honey gold and I wish there were faster and easier ways to build up your gold to redeem for coupons.
