**What do you like best about HiringDay.ai?**

It is user-friendly and supports the entire hiring process, offering both voice and chat AI features along with automation to streamline the workflow.

**What do you dislike about HiringDay.ai?**

Integration with other platforms is not available by default, but the support team is excellent. If you raise a ticket, they will handle the integration for you, although it is not a native feature.

**What problems is HiringDay.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform supports hiring at scale, resume screening, and voice screening. It also offers the ability to fetch direct phone numbers from LinkedIn profiles and provides LinkedIn automation features.
