I can schedule email chains, and I see a reasonable response rate at 3rd email. **What do you dislike about hireEZ?** Overall I love the tool and its features, but I can reach out to a candidate twice if he gets in 2 projects and I miss checking notes. LAST this is HUGE...they added a monthly option. SO many people are misinformed on the options of Hiretual. We source primarily passive candidates and this platform saves us time not only sourcing, but also obtaining their contact info and setting up drip campaigns. 38% of our hires are coming from Hiretual and it is increasing each month. Customer service is the best of any tech platform I have every used. TopNotch! **What do you dislike about hireEZ?** We do get some candidates coming up in the search without contact info. However, with the LINKEDIN and FACEBOOK connection, we can go there and connect. **What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?** The time sourcing has dramatically decreased. I also love how easy it is to navigate everything. Hiretual is super user-friendly, and it only took me a few days to get used to. They have an excellent customer support team, and I was able to schedule a short call to get a demo on the product. **What do you dislike about hireEZ?** The only thing I dislike about Hiretual is their algorithm for ethnicity and gender isn't always correct. But this isn't their fault! I recruit in the UK and EU and even though they are an American company the search results and contact find features are brilliant in this market. Even in comparison to more UK/EU focussed tools I have used. The UI is simple, great to use but also very nice to look at whilst being intuitive. Others can be messy, complex and clunky. Hiretual ticks this box as you need a tool you are happy coming back to over and over again. Easy to quickly copy an email contact from the chrome extension and ping off an email. I am not a power user but for simplicity in finding good candidates you may have otherwise over looked (and most importantly) being able to quickly contact the with ease, Hiretual is unparalleled. A final note is the support and general attitude of the team - aways brilliant. In particular Ninh Tran is a star and a huge credit to Hiretual's business. **What do you dislike about hireEZ?** Nothing to not of that I dislike.
