**What do you like best about Hipporello?**

Hipporello stands out with its modern and aesthetically pleasing design, setting a high bar in the service desk market. 
The clever and innovative system is complemented by extensive customization options, making it adaptable to a variety of business needs. 
Its structured interface enhances the overall user experience, making it enjoyable to work with. 
A significant advantage of Hipporello is its seamless integration with existing websites, allowing for a cohesive user experience while maintaining the unique identity of the brand. 
Additionally, the pricing of Hipporello is entirely fair, reflecting its value and making it an excellent choice for businesses looking for a cost-effective solution. 
The platform's ability to be largely concealed within a website is also a plus, as it does not overtly display its third-party nature.

**What do you dislike about Hipporello?**

On the downside, Hipporello’s German translation needs significant improvement as it is not only inadequate but also missing in some areas, which can be a barrier for non-English speaking users. Furthermore, the email replies include a lengthy Hipporello signature or tag, which can appear unprofessional. 
Despite its integration capabilities, the Hipporello branding briefly flashes in the title when embedded in a website, before disappearing, which could momentarily disrupt the seamless user experience.

**What problems is Hipporello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hipporello addresses several key issues in our customer service workflow, bringing about significant improvements in both efficiency and professionalism.

Firstly, it greatly enhances the structure of customer tickets. 
This makes it easier for our team to manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and organized manner.

This improved structuring leads to better oversight, not just for our team but also for our customers. 
They can now track the progress of their queries more transparently.

Moreover, the use of Hipporello has elevated our professional image. 
The system's sleek design and functionality convey a sense of sophistication and attention to detail. 
This reflects positively on our brand.

User friendly and features that promote collaboration between teams. Great customer service.

Needs formatting features for amounts entered in forms; Needs to allow error message language to be edited.

The time it takes to create the overview which is little long compared to other tools in the market.

Its incredibly helpful to me and the teams we work with across the globe and the universe!

**What do you dislike about Hipporello?**

Almost nothing. Its name recognition is low with other companies we interface with so we have to describe it.

**What problems is Hipporello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and honestly issues are being addressed with this app. We like to hold ourselves more accountable than anyone else.

**What do you like best about Hipporello?**

I really like the functionality of the app. It can be used by big enterprises, medium businesses and even by the small businesses. Makes life really easier. Trello users will understand me.

**What do you dislike about Hipporello?**

The pricing is bit uncomfortable for small businesses. However, medium businesses and enterprises will be delighted with pricing

**What problems is Hipporello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me contact with the users outside of Trello app.
