What problems is HiOperator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company is ever-evolving, and we needed a partner who could support our needs and seamlessly adjust to constant change. Being in the meal kit industry, adaptability is at the forefront of our business.

For example, covid put a strain on everyone, everywhere, and that caused us to gain a lot of customer volume as everyone was hunkered in and needed food. Our business partner, HiOperator, was able to facilitate our needs during a troubling time, easily able to shift into the customer support volume we needed. Post covid, as things became more normalized and volume shifted, our partner HiOp was able to adjust.

Most importantly, they hold to our metrics and collectively meet our required SLA's all while providing an excellent customer experience. Having genuine interactions showing a realistic, empathetic response whereas prtevious partners have shown to be robotic with canned responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
