Our business partner, HiOperator, was able to facilitate our needs during a troubling time, easily able to shift into the customer support volume we needed. Post covid, as things became more normalized and volume shifted, our partner HiOp was able to adjust.
Most importantly, they hold to our metrics and collectively meet our required SLA's all while providing an excellent customer experience.
