This replaced our older VOIP system.

**What do you like best about XO Communications?**

I like that it's easy to install and use.

**What do you dislike about XO Communications?**

It's not very user friendly and their admin portal is sometimes hard to navigate.

**Recommendations to others considering XO Communications:**

The admin portal could be made easier to navigate.

**What problems is XO Communications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Takes care of our phone systems at the moment and it can be customized to the organization.

limited outages, decent online portal to manage the account

service contracts , lack of flexibility, lack of relationship management

Technically this service is supposed to help us keep in touch, and be a great way to quickly search for and contact via phone our coworkers or other users. Instead, it crashes all the time. In the middle of a call, on start up, when someone else tries to call you... If a day goes by without xo issues, it's a miracle. 

**What do you like best about XO Communications?**

Ease of searching for other users and small CPU usage

**What do you dislike about XO Communications?**

This program is always crashing, failing to detect headsets and microphones, and is frequently just down.
