"It's barely decent"

Technically this service is supposed to help us keep in touch, and be a great way to quickly search for and contact via phone our coworkers or other users. Instead, it crashes all the time. In the middle of a call, on start up, when someone else tries to call you... If a day goes by without xo issues, it's a miracle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
