**What do you like best about HighLevel + Docusign Integration by LC Bridge?**

I like that it works so well with my HighLevel SaaS and feels like a native integration with DocuSign. It automates follow-up sequences to help get agreements and contracts signed, and lets clients track and manage their DocuSign workflows without leaving the CRM. It’s one of my SaaS’s USPs when I’m converting new clients who already use DocuSign, and my existing clients are happy with the automated lead-to-contract workflow.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel + Docusign Integration by LC Bridge?**

I found setting up DocuSign templates in HighLevel a bit confusing, and I needed some hand-holding from the LC Bridge team. I hope they improve the UX of the template setup page.

**What problems is HighLevel + Docusign Integration by LC Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HighLevel + Docusign Integration by LC Bridge to automate follow-up sequences so my clients’ agreements or contracts get signed, and to let them track and manage DocuSign workflows without leaving our whitelabelled CRM.
