What I like best about HiDoctor is how practical it is for day-to-day use. It helps me keep patient records organized and easy to access, whether I am at the office or using another device. The system feels reliable, and I especially value being able to access information remotely and keep working even when internet access is limited. I also like that it combines several important tools in one place, such as patient records, scheduling, prescriptions, financial control, telemedicine and now AI. It can take some time to learn everything the system can do. In the beginning, the setup and configuration may require a little more attention, especially if the clinic wants to use several modules, customize forms, or work with desktop, cloud, and mobile access together.
