It helps me keep patient records organized and easy to access, whether I am at the office or using another device. The system feels reliable, and I especially value being able to access information remotely and keep working even when internet access is limited. I also like that it combines several important tools in one place, such as patient records, scheduling, prescriptions, financial control, telemedicine and now AI. The technical support is another strong point: it is responsive and helps solve issues quickly. Overall, HiDoctor gives me a sense of security and organization in managing my medical practice. **What do you dislike about HiDoctor?** It can take some time to learn everything the system can do. In the beginning, the setup and configuration may require a little more attention, especially if the clinic wants to use several modules, customize forms, or work with desktop, cloud, and mobile access together. The interface also has many options, which is useful once you get used to it, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. That said, after the initial learning curve, the system becomes very practical for daily use, and the support team helps a lot during the process. **What problems is HiDoctor solving and how is that benefiting you?** HiDoctor helps me keep the entire medical office routine more organized. It solves the problem of having patient records, scheduling, prescriptions, financial information, documents, and communication spread across different tools. With everything connected in one system, it is easier to find patient information, follow the consultation history, manage appointments, and keep the office workflow more consistent. It also helps with access and continuity. I can use the system in the office and access information from other devices when needed, which makes the routine more flexible. The backup and synchronization features also give me more confidence about the safety and availability of my data.
