The system combines electronic health records, scheduling, financial management, patient communication, telemedicine, digital document signing, TISS billing, and clinical documentation tools in an integrated workflow. HiDoctor supports a hybrid operating model, with desktop use (offline), local data availability, online access, mobile apps, offline functionality, and cloud synchronization. This architecture is designed to help medical practices maintain access to important patient and operational information across different devices and connectivity conditions. The platform also includes tools for customizable medical records, prescriptions, exam requests, document management, appointment reminders, online scheduling, patient relationship features, and AI-assisted clinical documentation through HiDoctor LIVE.
