What do you like best about Hickory?

It is very user friendly from both a managing standpoint and a user standpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hickory?

It can be buggy. Sometimes it won't save the lessons you've created and you'll lose everything if you did not previously create in a separate document. However I guarantee that will only happen once before you cautiously create your lessons in a different doc to avoid it in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hickory:

You must save your work as you go to avoid the risk of your users losing the lessons they create. For example, you will create each slide for your lesson, before creating the next slide always save your work. Otherwise, you risk the system not saving things for you and you will lose your work. I tend to create each page in a separate doc to be safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hickory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hickory can be a game changer in terms of initial training all the way to continuing education. It is an amazing product with lots of data analysis that breaks it down for your team. The agent must feel a part of the Hickory process though. Making a suggestion form for future lessons is a great way to get agents excited about the product! Our business is always evolving and we have a lot of employees! We also have different pillars of the company so various people will receive different information.
