**What do you like best about HeyRamp?**

HeyRamp is very user-friendly and clear. The tool is easy to navigate and once you spend some time on training, it becomes simple to use in daily work. I also really like the DISC tool, which helps better understand communication styles and makes teamwork more effective. Everything is organized in a transparent and intuitive way.

**What do you dislike about HeyRamp?**

Some parts could be more flexible, especially when it comes to creating custom structures or handling exceptions. But overall, it is a really useful and well-designed tool.

**What problems is HeyRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeyRamp helps us manage the 1:1 process, regular feedback and progress tracking in one place. It makes it easier to stay organized, follow up on goals and keep communication clear between managers and team members.
